Candy World

A sugary new star system for Outer Wilds, built with New Horizons.

Explore Candyland, a pink planet wrapped in a chocolate river shaped like the seam of a tennis ball, dotted with candy canes and cotton-candy trees, orbiting a cotton-candy sun.

The mystery

Two Nomai, MGS and HNS, found a strange gingerbread house at the north pole. Inside, four striped pillars surround a sealed chocolate trapdoor. Find the four candy tablets hidden around the planet, place them on the pillars, and see what lies beneath.

Explore:

• The Candy Grove - a forest of lollipop trees ringed by giant candy pebbles
• Peppermint Ruins - shattered peppermints, broken candy canes and toppled frosted columns
• The Red Velvet Volcano - a towering cake volcano at the south pole (bring your jetpack!)
• The Gumdrop Caves - a fudge maze hidden under a mound of gumdrops

Tip: your signalscope can pick up the tablets on a brand new frequency.
